Sleep Meditations

If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, adding some soothing music to your routine might be exactly what you need. There is actually something called “Sleep Hygiene” It is a weird way of saying finding a really good sleep routine. Enjoy and rest well.

Regain Control by counting

Has anyone told you, you just need to breathe…calm down… Well this is what they really mean. Let’s count together 10, 9, 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Breathe in and breathe out 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 Breath in and breathe out.

Sometimes life doesn’t go as planned and that is when we should all give ourselves a break. It is ok to feel all of your feelings, acknowledge them. Breathe and center yourself. 
Then…plan and act!!!

Breathe and let go. 
Breathe and think, is this situation in my control?
Breathe if it isn’t let it go.
Breathe, if it is…plan

Breathe then act!!!!
